HOUSE ON THE HILL​

The house on the hill over looks her neighbors from soaring 20' windows, and through twinkling crystal chandeliers that hang from her coffered ceilings like jewels. Our first step in the design process for this new construction gem was to address the flow of the architectural plans.  

 

We reworked the kitchen footprint, doubled the butler's servery, and expanded the dry-goods pantry into a fully equipped scullery to meet our client's culinary needs. We thoughtfully planned builtin-ins and fireplace mantels slung tall to keep proportion with ample ceiling heights. We sourced story-book murals and compelling tile and stone combinations to treat each space as a little masterpiece, setting the stage for the family's future entertaining and busy home life alike.
